The 12.5 Billion was the common share equivalent as of 12/25/24 based on the share price at the time.

You can’t carry it forward because the share price changes thus changing the common share equivalent. The 12.5 Billion is meaningless right now. It would be the same had the share price gone up…the share equivalent would come down from the 12.5 Billion at 12/31/24.

This is pretty simple stuff.

As for Sartori not converting and going into HoldCo units…well I already described what that would do to HMBL’s % ownership of WSCG…it would cut it in half.
