Dude... um... lady... Why are you bringing in today's prices when we are discussing Dec 31, 2024?

All of this is based on Dec 31, 2024. The 3 bil shares started converting on Jan 1. We still saw .0007 on Feb 25th. By then, I would imagine that almost all the shares were converted. On Jan 15th alone there were over 600mil shares traded between .0009 - .0011. 546mil traded Jan 3 in the same exact range... don't for a second think that wasn't BRU.

The auditor said 12.5 billion shares as of Dec 31, 2024. Subtract 3bil already converted. That leaves 9.5bil. Subtract 1.7bil from warrants. That leaves 8.8bil. That is pretty much EXACTLY what Satori owns.

NOW, if you want to bring in today's prices based on Satori being likely the only remaining C shares - they absolutely could convert at even .0002. My response is the exact same, Satori will likely convert to holdco. They didn't take advantage of those high prices in Dec, Jan, or Feb. Not even .0004 through March.
