The auditor said 12.5 billion shares as of Dec 31, 2024. Subtract 3bil already converted. That leaves 9.5bil. Subtract 1.7bil from warrants. That leaves 8.8bil. That is pretty much EXACTLY what Satori owns. Not 1225 more.
1) if Satori holds their Pref C and converts to HoldCo units, that leaves 1225 unconverted Pref C which still equates to between 4 Billion and 6 Billion common shares at the current pps.
If 1225 pref C shares amounts to even 4bil shares, then the auditor is a liar because Satori owns 7x that amount and even 4bil x 7 would be 28bil left. They claim that there is only 12.5 bil worth including 1.7bil in warrants remaining.
I shoulda done the math for you so you wouldn't look silly. Oh, I did.
Remember, the AUDITOR said
the Company has approximately 12.5 billion shares of common stock equivalents.
not me. They probably know valuations better than you or me. Certainly not 50bil worth as you said.
Not including the Pref C shares held by Satori, I would say that I was right on target.
For someone who once suggested that the Pref C would likely be gone by the end of 2024…that sure is a change in tune.
I bet you are really glad that BRU is no longer in the picture. They sucked the life out of HMBL stock.
