Dude…that 12.5 B share count was based on the share price at the time around 0.0009. The share equivalent number would be way higher now because the share price is a third of that…as we shall see in the Q1 fins.
If nothing else had changed that 12.5 Billion share equivalents then would be between 35 and 50 BILLION common shares now.
Which makes sense because Sartori holds $8,775,000 worth of Pref C if they have not converted any…divide that by $0.0003 and $0.0002 to see what the common share equivalent of their holdings are today…and that range has it covered.
