For someone who once suggested that the Pref C would likely be gone by the end of 2024…that sure is a change in tune.
But let’s analyze what you state shall we…
1) if Satori holds their Pref C and converts to HoldCo units, that leaves 1225 unconverted Pref C which still equates to between 4 Billion and 6 Billion common shares at the current pps.
2) on top of that, if Sartori converts their Pref C to Holdco units, that will reduce HMBL % ownership in WSCG from 27.5% to 13.3%.
