Anything can happen of course. Currently L2 is back to about as thin as it gets .... so no indication of any buying .... or selling ... interest .... at this moment in time.
As I noted .... ZIVO has left investors now with no timeline for anything outside of grant filing deadline for USDA on May 19. Public comments that expected deal for coccidiosis license in the 1st qtr ... has come and gone with no comment at all from ZIVO. Unless you are following closely you wouldn't know ZIVO backed off that timeline .... but another fail in my book on the communication front. So a bit surprising to see buyer take size yesterday ... relatively speaking.
So it's a guess as to when next news comes. NOT IDEAL .... par for the course for ZIVO. Investors always left with wondering .... WHEN. I am guessing that mgmt has learned the lesson the past 2-3 years that stock price matters .... and it is something that should be paid attention too. But apparently haven't learned anything on the communication front. NO explanation on status.
So much else occurring in the marketplace and ZIVO back to mostly silence and slow drawn out nothingness with the occasional positive test result. A don't see much action happening in ZIVO until there is more visibility into what's going on with licensing and deals with animal pharmas.
Some sellers look like they are back at the window at $18 .... and of course someone else is itchy to be first in line .... at $17.99.
The current issue here is it is anyone's guess as to what and when the next news is. Not the best situation for a company like this to be in and certainly not the best for investors ..... or attracting investors to the company. Well Done ZIVO !!
