I didn't say "show me a drug that was approved based on analysis of a secondary endpoint." I said show me a trial where the primary endpoint was switched to one of its secondary endpoints and still got approval based on the new primary endpoint. Obviously we're talking pivotal trials (ie, randomized) here.
