They seem to be keeping up on all their filings at least.  Can only speculate at the moment without direct information from the majority owners of this shell.  A lot of great things coming out the UAE and I still maintain that Phoenix will want access to the U.S. markets. especially now with everything happening between the U.S. and the UAE, SA and Qatar.
