PLEASE, even completely clueless Terry has told you right the reasons why there will NEVER be a class action lawsuit here, so why would you even think about "if"?

You lost here, and you did so because you followed pumpers and ignored people like me who told you this was a scam and discussed all the obvious signs. No one is going to save you from your poor decisions. Every stock I see you post on is a scam. You are going to lose in Vivos too. It's a scam with many of the same transparent signs that you missed here. You might as well start waiting for a class action there in the future, because the truth that you won't face is that the real problem is your investing skills, not the scams themselves! Be accountable for your poor decisions!

Well, our case, at this time, is not a class-action. That is a last resort for us. So, no firm of ours will be reaching out, we're going by the request list from the website and the PM's we've gotten here. Just FYI.
If someone else generates a class action against ENZC, good luck, the SEC might quash it, since you have to name Harry too, and he will be buried for quite a while. Statutes of Limitations could kill a decent class-action attempt.
