Grantee means the person that GETS the property. GT is the grantee (Greg Stuart) and lists that exact same parcel number. It is why I provided 2 different sources from the same county site to show you - because it is very confusing they way they reported it. Not so relevant as that parcel doesn't get conveyed to HMBL. I only gave that info to satisfy your and tiebo's reaction that Stuart doesn't have ownership in any golf course. I am pretty sure that HMBL will own a piece of the golf course that GT also owns.
More importantly, the article from the local news said that the par 3 course as part of the same golf course was put on the property owned by the same people who owned the college (GT) and the city contributed $4mil to the cause. That property is listed as one of the parcels that HMBL will own.
