Their parcel number system is weird for sure.

22:052:0050 is divided into two parcels 22:052:0051 (which GT owns as shown on the parcel map) and 22:0052:0052 which is the golf course…and shows Provo City Corporation as the owner.

22:052:0051 is further divided into parcels 38:672:0001 to 0007 and 0009.

GT owns all of those except 0007 which the city owns for E East Bay Blvd. 0004 is the college and the rest 0001, 0002, 0003, 0005 and 0006 are the empty parcels to be transferred to WSCG.

Now…none of those contain or are apart of the golf course. So when you said the golf course was part of the deal, I told you it wasn’t.

At least we seem to agree on that now.

The ownership of parcel 22:052:0052 is showing as Provo City Corporation on the Utah County Land Records, hence my comment about ownership. Is it dated? Perhaps…

Or maybe the reference you show to grantee only refers to 0051 and then identifies 0052 as the “remainder”. The only ownership of that parcel I can see that involves GT was when it was sold to the City by Greg in 2018.

But it is really unimportant because the golf course has nothing to do with the WSCG deal.
