I believe that once L is approved and an agreement with NICE is in place the likelihood of rapid expansion in use in other indications will rise dramatically through IFR or other funding. In the mean time case by case funding looks to be in place once an approval is given. Interim funding is tied to approval. This list is made with products that are likely to be approved or are already approved with the idea being to support access while final reimbursement agreements are being put into place or to just provide the source from which funding comes from in certain situations so that correct reimbursement sources are approached when seeking it.
