Well he responded so I guess he is still with us. Again, I email him and post his response,,,as simple as that. I have had my share of pennies over the years....gotten screwed by the CEO's .. go dark and will never come back and the CEO's are gone.. Orie has with proof , filed and is trying to get something going...whether it works or not...who knows?? So, here is the latest..at least we have some of hope here:
"To expedite matters we hired today a Transfer Agent to start facilitate the distribution of shares since we learned from a verbal conversation between broker Dealer and FINRA that FINRA, without this step, will delay the approval of the 15C211 indefinitely. The crazy thing is SEC approved the S1 Registration where we said that distribution will happen when we receive the symbol from FINRA yet FINRA (Part of SEC) will not give the symbol without shareholders on record. Sounds like catch 22? It is. This step will take about 2 weeks and once this is done the Broker Dealer believes we will get this approved."
