China knows how to use communication as a weapon. Controlling the narrative in the U.S. is what they strive to do for a great many things. They can do this as in our country we have protected speech and they easily hide behind that through proxies. Much like how money can be laundered they control the narrative while going through several different entities much like a chain and stay hidden as a result. This can influence people’s behavior. Can they directly short LWLG? Not directly Ted but a strong negative narrative can do even more damage as it influences people.
Missteps by the company has hurt along with competition from other companies who are willing to go without using a superior material at least for now while protecting the market for legacy devices.
