The headlight does look aligned...
Just can't go over 45 mph or the strap will loosen and the hood will flap.
At 60 the strap is gone... hood wrapped around the windshield...

but it gets you to the coffee shop.
There's internet there and you can put a couple of bucks in RDAR !
