This may make some people angry but it is the responsible thing to do by the Fed no matter who is in charge or chairman. At least until market uncertainty is brought more in focus (hence - stop the stupid trade war with everyone).
IMHO, without the trade war, BTC would likely be between $150k and $250k right now.
