Les Goldman who just turned 80(he’s in great shape, so he’s more like 50)the cfo/chief legal officer/head of fundraising / a lot more who I speak to often doesn’t need to to work 18 hour days like he does now, he was a managing partner at Skadden Arps and a key government official so I’m sure he can be playing tennis all day ( he’s a great tennis player I hear ) and he has done fantastic in his career and is good to go financially. He doesn’t need this job or responsibility but is doing this to better the world and I’m sure to leave a legendary legacy. Linda as well, she might get a little to close to the cuff with the whole advent /nwbo relationship but in the end it’s actually saving the company money because they get tremendous value and logically Linda is vested big in both of them so I’m sure DCvax is handled very well. Do your due diligence, see how much a top notch cro costs for a major trial no to mention the ucla etc university costs for a trial of this magnitude. I for one am ecstatic about the cap structure of the company , every finance deal made has been very competitive and of course it caused dilution but this is biotech on the verge of something huge not a lemonade stand. Don’t listen to the nobodies on this board talking about dilution or efficacy of Dcvax, company finances . Biotechs accrue debt and dilute because that’s what it takes to develop and manufacture game changers” like DCvax. And don’t even get me started with the $$$ they are going to receivefrom this lawsuit. Recently they’ve been mentioned in many major media illegall shorting etc. articles with amc etc so a lot more eyes on this. Not to mention Citadel ,Virtu,Nite etc are actively on a pr campaign blaming negligence because trades were going through a dark web (whatever that means) They are clearly trying to keep the judgement against them to a minimum. Good luck with that Ken Griffin who said he determines the values of companies with his market making activities.Whatever settlement or judgement they receive which could be potentially north of 2 billion bucks(this can be justified with the day the stock went to 2.50,and back down to .35 on news of great data). This is all non dilutive funds that could very well fund the companies development and manufacturing costs and then some.
