I'm not precluding that at all.  I think that LP may have several announcements planned after approval, but I suspect that they will be spread out to keep NWBO in front of investors for some period of time. 
I believe that the intended PR's should already been written, they may need to be tweaked to cover exactly what the UK says, but the only reason that they would be delayed is to optimize the timing.
