But it doesn't likely bother you, but being the security worry wart that I am, I'd go to the credit card company and close it out and have them issue you a new one. If you don't want to bother with that, at least look online on your account for activity every afternoon. This would be a good time to open a online account with your card. You could also put a credit stop on the card, but that would have to be lifted by you if you tried to get a major purchase down the line. If you lost the card, this would all be done by visa when you report it stolen/lost.
Miscreants do not need the actual card to rip your identity off. They just write it down with the security number on back (they're going to change that number thing soon) and also sell your numbers to people who will rip you off. And they're almost never from your home country.
Check through you phone as well. Specially if you didn't password protect it.
