It was confirmed as never being part of the backlog and that the application has not been delayed by anything either.

A) who cares seriously? And my deep sigh at the danish donut jumping up and down from this not interesting information still stands
B) Its also NOT great news. It means that the MUCH longer review this is taking (compared to other application reviews) is due to NWBO management and the amateurs and morons that they are. That is also no new info, just confirmation of what we already know.

Yes, never part of the backlog. And confirmed under 210 days clock on. But not true about not being delayed by anything.

It has been something like 15 months since validation. MHRA is under 7 of those. That leaves about 8 months for LP to delay the game.

This after they took extra time to submit to unsure all was solid and they would have no serious issues so all would breeze through.

If there are no serious issues, why is NWBO taking this long? This is really clear. That MHRA is under 210 days is solid evidence of difficult issues to resolve weather formal major obstacles or not.

The good news is that by plenty of case law, RA actions that are not final are not something that require disclosure. So they can punt the ball another half year r so until forced to withdraw the application or get publicly rejected.
