If clock stop one is a pass, a clock stop two is unlikely to be fatal - it is more likely that there is a 2nd clock stop than not.

I agree with you on both counts. If AVXL gets past clock stop 1, the shorts will have something to think about. Meanwhile, the stock price may remain stuck for the next three months or so.
