"There is absolutely nothing reputational at stake in publishing negative findings."
Negative findings are published. Researchers file their findings. All the researchers in this document worked on the trial and filed their findings. In this case the findings were positive and indicated benefit to the patient. If one researcher working on the trial disagreed with the results that person has had a few years to refute the results.

First of all, many of the “researchers” are board certified practicing neurosurgeons. Leaders in their field. Second they all indicated DCVax-L achieved Statistical Significance over the current SOC. It was not a negative finding. Many not all of the coauthors work at the same institutions where the trial was held so they have first hand knowledge of the trial. There is nothing reputational about publishing negative findings, but they did no do that. The findings were positive. First trial in 30 years to achieve Statistical Significance for rGBM. You’re trying to spin the results, by mixing up unrelated negative comments. Your a hack.

"Look up the citations of those 73 authors in the DCVax study. These are glioblastoma researchers. If they didn't publish the negative work, then almost all of their research effort would be down the drain"

Correct, they are glioblastoma researchers and signed off on the paper. That has a little more weight that
"There has been significant criticism of the study"
Who are those criticizing the study? Danish dude did deep dive and showed conflict of interest for many of them. Yet in your opinion, they seem to hold more weight that 73 glioblastoma researchers. In fact, you didnt even bother to mention the 73, instead you went with the anonymous critics.

No Glaz Research, you are babbling and have no clue "Tell me you've never published a paper without telling me you've never published a paper."
I have published multiple papers, articles and other works. We know that there are people who are paid to publish negative work. It brings no value to the table.
Perhaps you are one of these individuals, IMPO.
