It is puzzling to me why anyone would sell this stock after the Judge's binding decision that the 3 tribes have no standing to sue. The DOI will now have to go back to their original decision, which would allow gaming. The stock will go on Nasdaq and quite possibly go over $50 a share. There could even be a buyout from a much larger gaming company for much more that $50. Remember there are only about 10,000,000 shares available. This is not make believe, but reality. So why sell for $1.61 unless you are really, really, desperate for money. I just don't get it. People have waited so long, what does another few weeks matter. IMO, hold on and be rich. But it is your money, so do what you want.
