The DOI "temporarily rescinded the gaming eligibility" after getting these 3 lawsuits. IMO, now that a judge has clearly ruled that these 3 tribes have no standing, and therefore cannot sue, they are removed from the case. That now leaves it between the DOI and the Scotts Valley Indians.There is no one who can legally object to the casino and I doubt that the DOI, after spending all that time and effort, and after publishing a very lengthly report explaining their reasoning for taking the land into trust AND allowing gaming, can do anything but remove the temporary order rescinding the gaming. I believe that would be illegal, and make them look very foolish, so I believe we will shortly hear that everything is "back to normal". This is just my opinion, but I believe it is a very reasonable opinion.
