I would hope that by the time of the next Annual Meeting investors realize that LP's efforts to keep the company going at all costs is paying off. UK approval, and hopefully other issues hopefully will come to fruition before the meeting, share price should be substantially higher, and I believe investors will happily agree to the share increase that is requested. I would hope that a reverse split, which while previously used, won't be considered as LP had indicated she'd not do it ever again.
I'm not saying R/S's can't be successfully done, but I suspect that well over 90% of the time a company's market cap goes down dramatically after a R/S and often never recovers. Most R/S's are done in an attempt to keep a company on an exchange, they may work short term, but ultimately they generally fail. We're not in that situation and while we want to move onto a major exchange, building share price is the right way of doing that and I believe that's the direction the company is taking.
