As you know, we're not hanging onto any of Chandra's words, we're just smarter than the naysayers who've all claimed for a while, "they'll never work even if they do exist." (the mABS treatment/cures)
So, for best legal coverage and preparation, we have to stay open to the potential fact that Adnexus may have working treatments, or they might have never existed, or just did not work out, in the first place. Time will tell, and not a long time to come either. We do know the characters involved and the failures at hand make the odds lower than 50-50, which most of the folks who came on for the case are still touting.
We've had to date, 690 folks register for the case, to be on the damaged shareholders list. We do see some obvious fakes in our list, some jerks thought they were funny. We're weeding out the fakes now. could be as much as half of the shareholder signups were faked. Strange how an "irrelevant case" and a "fake legal scam" could attract so many attacks of various kinds.
We'll see, but you are right, no one but the four old ENZC principals know for certain, and they will be talking.
