Thanks Lykiri, I agree with both of your observations about the 2 questions.

In fact, the second question presupposes that DCVax-L has been or will be approved by the MHRA.

There is absolutely no need for NICE to expedite access, for all UK citizens, to an unapproved treatment via the NHS.

As you know, murcidencel is on the 2024 NHS list for set aside funding for 2025. Once on that list the assumption of approval is already pretty strong. The question referenced, about when an announcement will be made, is likely based on this since that list is over 6 months old as I recall. As I have been thinking for quite some time, the approval decision seems to be able to be linked to balance set aside funding amount to likely NICE reimbursement rate agreement timing and Flaskworks. At this point it’s very difficult for me not to believe there are connections that are not being talked about; ). Best wishes.
