Excellent post, and saved me from having to mention a lot of those in my post! I wasn't willing to spend that much time on a post for him. He SHOULD be thanking you for laying that all out for him!!

We reply to the rhetoric with facts. Terry is one in a million... at least I hope so, for humanity's sake.

The idea the one person could be looked up to by shareholders that lost in whole, millions, yet this person calls message board posts "emails", and thinks "charges" is a proper term to use in discussing a civil case after 7 months of supposedly working it with several law firms, is almost impossible to believe!

There is a saying that that you have to be smart enough to know that you don't know something. CLEARLY that level of knowledge is not present in the leaders of the shareholder case against ENZC! He THINKS he knows the law is on his side, just like he thought ENZC was a competent drug company despite zero progress shown.

Great post about the fake lawsuit docsetc has been pushing.

You nailed this - as it shows that docsetc doesn't understand the legal system or he is deliberately misleading shareholders.

The only way shareholders are going to receive any money - if the SEC disgorged any funds from Zhabilov et el - then they could setup a Fair Fund for shareholders.

I have worked with the SEC many times and they never provide any progress reports etc...it was docsetc bloviating about having the ear of the SEC.
