Yes pointing out the ship sat anchored OFF the coast of Mexico (not in port) for over a year or 2 then sat at a scrap yard pier in Korea for a year is good new to whom ?? I don’t believe their drill ship is still classed for maritime clearances and insurance. I would think dry dock and refit is on the horizon. They aren’t coming into US waters in that rust bucket unless it’s for dry dock. I don’t know which insurance underwriters are going to insure the next mission to vacuum up nodules.
