Mad, great summation and spot-on correct. I too believe what you just mentioned is one bucket, another bucket is what JPM owes according to Amended POR 7 signed by the court on 2/23/2012 and a third bucket will be separate of the FDIC and bankruptcy cases and that is the big money in Safe Harbor which would be set up in DSTs.
