I think that by the time the company was even aware there was a halt on Friday was after the German exchange had closed (they are six hours ahead in Germany), so today would have been when the company would ask (likely in writing) the exchange what was the issue. We should bear in mind that the volume on that exchange is minuscule, so this is but a minor issue to everyone concerned involved (not including shareholders who are blowing this way out of proportion, IMO). When the company knows exactly what the issue is, they'll tell us.
And I really don't believe the halt means that an MHRA decision has been made.
