dont think the german halt was involved. They halted a handful of other stocks as well. They likely want to avoid unwarranted volatility in pennystocks. The lack of news and increased demand looked suspicious so they halted. If this ends up falling back and going lower than before then the exchange will look like heroes preventing investors from buying into the pump. Of course that also means they prevented selling but that is the risk when you invest in these types of stocks. LP has done nothing to improve the credibility of the company/stock.
