Let’s set the record straight, because the accusations flying around are more heat than light.
First, accusing me of “minimizing, misdirection, and twisting the obvious” is nothing more than emotional deflection. If you have facts, present them. If you don’t, don’t try to shout down reason with rhetoric.
Second, your assertion that “it’s about the MONEY Jacob Fernane supplied HUMBL” misses several critical distinctions. Yes, Fernane was involved early on, but being an investor/financier does not make someone responsible for the current operations, leadership, or trajectory, or a founding member.
I’m not the one dramatizing anything. But if people are trying to create a scandal around Fernane’s unrelated legal issues, it says more about their desperation than it does about HUMBL. He isn’t an officer. He doesn’t hold an executive role. He doesn’t shape policy or manage operations. So trying to smear the company by association is lazy at best and dishonest at worst.
Finally, claiming my logic is “miss wired” without engaging with the actual points I’ve made just proves my point. If you want to debate, bring evidence. If you want to vent, just admit it.
Let’s not confuse noise with substance.
