Jack, I have called MGT and spoken on numerous occasions and spoken my concerns especially about the PR campaign and even written LP good old fashion snail mail last year so I am active on that front.
So it's a mixture of things driving this SP in the downward direction, and unfortunately dilution plays a big part, they have to raise money and keep pushing forward but eventually the clock stops on that front. Then you got MM's, Hedge funds and who knows how many naked shorts in the game and lastly the longs lending out shares, it's not a pretty picture right now but $$$ we need but that only comes with approval (IMO). Oh, one last thing, a lot of longs have dry powder, I am not purchasing anymore even at these prices, .25 cents was it for me, imagine a lot more in the same boat.
