They can use "HUMBL" all the want. They can't use "Humbl Inc.", that is the existing legally registered name for the corporate entity in Delaware, until the two things occur I have already discussed.
You're tossing around lingo that I didn't jive with based on listed ownership. The Trademark ownership "HUMBL" is registered to Humbl Inc. The ownership/name Humbl Inc. at some point will need to be changed to WSCG on the Trademark filing... so take it easy!
