It’s amazing to me how few people seem to know what they are talking about when it comes to this subject.

Humbl Inc. no longer owns the “HUMBL” trademark. WSCG does.

At least…that is what they have told us. 😉

And there is a big difference between a “registered” trademark and the “registered” name of a company. The word “registered” can be used in all sorts of contexts…for totally different things.

In the case of the entity Humbl Inc., it is a registered Delaware C-Corp. that is publicly traded under the symbol HMBL and thus owned by its equity holders.

And some are suggesting there is no confusion…lol.
