You can make that assumption if you wish. One can argue just as easily that if the SP hits 70¢ it is because approval has happened and probably some other good news. If that is the case many will choose to hold on and see if the company continues to make real progress.
Sure there will be some selling and there will also be new eyeballs and new people buying into the company.
