Delisting? They are way off the requirements for that, do your homework please and then a company has many months to address that, so again as often here, speculation and opinions based on no knowledge, look it up.

I am guessing Lebby put us two years behind with his strategy and that is where investors have lost confidence in the company. Add to that an imbecile as his second-in-command and a BOD that was more interested in cashing in options than paying attention to what was happening. What an absolute cluster****. Now we have Pepe trying to erase the miscues. He should jettison TZ and Marcelli asap. They are worthless and have nothing to add to the future of the company.

If a r/s is in the cards, a lot of you are **** out of luck with your investment. Unless you decide to buy more stock and watch that get slammed after the split. Bad management has destroyed a great product and it happens all the time.
