The Flaskworks units will only be usable in the Grade C labs, and hence are not useful until the Grade C labs have been constructed, validated and are operational.
The process of making L and handling of leukopherisis blood components is already partially enclosed. My guess is that this C grade space is for the enclosed processes and the grade B clean rooms for the more open processes which would free up more space for the open processes which will still be in very close proximity. By the way, I believe the capacity created takes Advent up to about 1,100+patients per year after time taken for cleaning maintenance based on 3 shifts not two. With two they probably can care for about 8 patients. Best wishes.
