The one Emil mentioned is a denim cloth manufacture that is currently deep in debt, not producing, and up for auction. He's going to need 8 million cash to stop the auction or spend several 10's of millions in cash to buy at auction. Vidalia Mills is more than 30 million in debt.

I would say It's not anywhere near "blue-chip"...
