I hear you and that's why I'm hopeful.  
It's not this current filing stating they will be late. I know they use this as a cost reducer.  It's what happens in 15 calendar days.  
I too believe with all new eyes that he should t be letting this go back to EM.  U less it's strategic.  Even then. It's been 4 times he went into EM.   I'm hopeful the app is out and they need to get more external funding which doesn't bode well when it's in EM.  
Let's hope. (And I hear you too Leftocoaster).
