Who really believes the 10K will be on time? Not me.

That being said, NWBO does have trouble with their annual report quite often. They are good with quarterlies, not so much K's.

I think they get 15 days from today if they file an extension. That would suck. We'd have two full weeks of reading about how DanishDude convinced his AI bot that the absolute only reason to delay a 10K at this juncture would be for a buyout.
