RMB - It is leading absolutely nowhere going after / blaming Denner and the Board for the state of Amarin today.

Two things:

1. Only reason Sarissa is here - is a random judge' in a random state' - in a single ruling based on fraud - totally smashed 10 years work by experts at the USPTO granting the 6 patents.

2. The cash would be long gone - if it weren't for the entrance of Denner and the current board.

Really? I recall a few people on here explaining that giving complete and unfettered control of the company to a HEDGE FUND MANAGER was a bad idea.

Some of those same people said that it would be better to remove PWO as Chairman, give Sarissa one or a few board seats (which is typical when a large shareholder seeks involvement), and allow them to be the voice of shareholders.

Instead, he was given the keys to the kingdom.

And let's not forget, it is not the prior board and management that created the mess. That was Thero and his crew. I personally felt that the prior board was by far the best board we have seen. Every one of them had significant experience in critical areas, as opposed to the current board of "stand-ins". They were in the process of turning the ship.

RMB, You couldn't see into the future. Some on this board could. A few posted warnings about what could happen if "Saint Denner" was given complete control of the company. PDude was attacked because he warned you. The reason some of us find your fixation on the Nevada ruling irritating, is we are all aware of it. It happened. You don't need to tell us about it. I have my reasons for holding my investment in this company. Alex Denner isn't a factor on the positive side of the ledger. I do think Denner and others are likely to short after the reverse. I'll look at increasing my position after they do the damage. This company is in the early stages of developing a global footprint. You don't do that if your intent is selling the rights to your only product. I think this company will be successful, in spite of Alex Denner.
