Sleven, if the scenario you paint will come to fruition then we should all bail tomorrow.
Maybe I am out in left field, and I realize Denner is not on the board and not considered by some as an insider, but his people are and he is in control, so it doesn't strike me as doing his fiduciary duty if he follows through with the possible scenario you posit. This would be imo a glowing example of just cause for a huge shareholder suit.
Maybe Denner should be thinking about Brian Thompson. People are getting tired of the rich and powerful running over them for their economic gain. How much is enough?
