Hallmark Venture Group (HLLK) is aware of the auditor being investigated with fraud but its not fraud with HLLK,it's fraud with another company which has no ties with HLLK.Evan Bloomberg which is the CEO of HLLK mentions this in a article and said : " In light of recent developments Olayinka,Oyebola & Co An Independent Audit Firm which has been charged with aiding and abetting in fraud in an entirely unrelated case,the company is advising with counsel to decide on the appropriate next steps.We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of transparency and integrity in all aspects in our business.The actions of Olayinka Oyebola & Company are in no way connected to our company ".
