Can we actually believe the numbers? Remember, they use an accounting firm currrently being sued by SEC for multiple fraud charges. And the secretary of the company is THE Paul Strickland. This man has never had (1) successful company. He's dilluted every single one into oblivion. Why on earth would Evan choose to work with this man? The only thing keeping me on board is their partnership with Perion, which would be very hard to fake.
Either Evan is also a fraud, or Strickland is trying to clean up his act because he's realized the dilute game doesn't work anymore.
