Through subsidiaries, Telvantis Voice Services, Inc. (Telvantis) and Mexedia DAC (Mexedia), Raadr, Inc. operates in the telecommunications sector. Telvantis and Mexedia are intermediary operators that sell “segments” of telephone connections, taking place between a “calling” user and a “called” user, to other telco operator or mobile operators.
