You say it’s “water under the bridge,” but that’s where we disagree.
Survival is a move. Compliance is a move.
A company that wasn’t supposed to survive creates a very different playing field—whether you want to acknowledge it or not.
As for the next step, I’m not predicting anything. I’m observing:
The longer the company survives,
The longer the float tightens,
And the longer shorts have to sit in uncertainty,
The more pressure builds.
You don’t need to believe in a preferred share dividend or a buyout.
But you might want to pay attention to how these things work when companies outlast the narrative.
I’m patient. I’m not grasping at anything.
Time will tell.
