Geez, are you intentionally dense? What Overstock did prove is that they found a way to panic shorts to cover, costing them money. Nowhere did it show any "naked" shorts. The CEO was forced to resign and eventually Overstock bought up other distressed companies and after the hype of "naked shorting" went nowhere, the stock price went from $128 to $5. I'm afraid to ask but how do you justify the current share price?
