i would think that if DCVax-L ie approved, even if Merck owns the company, I don't think they could refuse to sell it unless Keytruca is bought at the same time. On the other hand, if they actually created a third product which combined DCVax-L and Keytruda, that would be a new drug and they'd have patent coverage for the new product. Even with that, I don't know that they could refuse to sell the DCVax-L by itself.

If Merck were to acquire NWBO and gain exclusive rights to DCVax-L, they could potentially create and market a combination therapy like "Keytruda+" that integrates DCVax-L with Keytruda



True, however Merck's only option currently is way of franchise. This may change with approval.

......Merck doesn't like the franchise route so there may be a very high offer to hostile buy outright upon approval . Merck doesn't like the franchise route (they do not want the competition).

Lets get approval and then on with the show!!!!!!
